Mission & Vision

To provide hiking access for individuals challenged with mobility issues due to an accident, health condition or birth defect.

The ez hiker Foundation will provide use of the hiker chair to individuals and organizations who could not otherwise afford to purchase it. By keeping the cost of manufacturing low, it will make the device more affordable.  The foundation will supplement the costs of the chair through grants and fundraising efforts. Anyone can use the ez hiker chair to experience hiking and the beauty of the outdoors.

Established in 2005 as a 501 (c)(3)LLC, 509 (a)(1)under NHF. Our intention is to move the chair beyond a prototype into a small versatile fleet.  Individuals and various organizations can ulilize the hiker chair on a cost contained or donated basis.Our initial market will be search and rescue organizations.
